• Ensure people safety and asset security

• Accompany, support and ensure the daily implementation of the country and DECATHLON health and safety standards and adapt them locally if necessary.

• Collaborate closely with city leaders and all the stakeholders (facility leaders, HR, FP…etc.) to address alerts, security needs, and safety adaptations.

• Engage the stores to increase the operational excellence 

• Assist store leaders and store operation leaders in establishing an efficient in-store organization

• Support the hours performance strategies 

• Train store leaders, store operations leaders and sports team leaders to create an efficiency mindset 

• Guarantee store stock availability to maximize omnichannel customer satisfaction

• Animate stores to ensure the stock accuracy 

• Ensure the flows procedures reliability in order to boost the business

• Ensure the development of stores operation leaders on each skill

• Organize the country network to foster strong collaboration, create synergy and improve mutualization

• Participate in the recruitment, nomination process, onboarding of new store operations leaders

• Develop the external network 

• Ensure regular collective and individual management adapted to the needs 

• Collaborate with services or across working groups to provide feedback on grassroots expectations.

• Currently holding or with proven experience as a Store Leader or Store Operations Leader

• Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

• You are naturally curious, with a keen eye for detail.

• You are eager to take initiative, measuring performance and identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.

• You are a strategic thinker who can analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies that boost productivity and business performance.

• You are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of health and safety. You are proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks, ensuring a secure environment for both our teams and our assets.
